The obverse has a portrait of Her Majesty designed by Ian Rank-Broadley of England highlighted in 22-carat gold. The reverse designed by Robert Lowe has the Queen's Sceptre with Cross against a Bishop's coronation cloak of which the flame detail represents the strong embroidery that the cloak is emblazoned with.
