We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

New Zealand law prohibits the export of named Medals without prior approval.

We can ship Coins, Banknotes & Collectables to most regions. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Shipping rates are discounted when combining multiple items.

It is important to remember New Zealand is a small island nation in the Pacific Ocean, just above the South Pole. Shipping items from New Zealand takes longer than deliveries from most developed nations. We ask for your patience while waiting for goods. If the delivery is time sensitive an International Courier option will ensure your items arrive quickly.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight, size and value. We will declare a fair value to both parties on any customs declarations for items being shipped internationally. 

Returns

Due to the nature of the products we sell, whose underlying value fluctuates daily based on metal prices and exchange rates, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

All items are thoroughly checked prior to packaging and shipment. Products are packaged and shipped in accordance with, or exceeding, the shipping carrier's guidelines for protective packaging.
