Bearing the legend 'A Lifetime of Achievement', this 24 carat gold coin depicts Sir Edmund against a backdrop of the world’s highest peak, Mt Everest, which he successfully reached at the age of 33 with Sherpa Tenzing Norgay 55 years ago on 29 May 1953. The coin is offered in a classic navy leatherette presentation case and is accompanied by a numbered authentication booklet, including a mini biography of Sir Edmund.
